Exhibit Reservations are done in 4 Rounds.

Following is an explanation of the process:

Round 1 – Previous Year Exhibitors Sign Up

  • All 2019 CCSAD exhibitors will be offered an opportunity to exhibit at the 2020 CCSAD.
  • Exhibitors from the previous year will receive an emailed invitation to Exhibit and given a 45-day window to secure the exhibit – giving them first opportunity to secure their same exhibit space
  • Your 2019 booth balance must be paid in full to be eligible for inclusion in Round 1 of 2020 CCSAD space assignments
  • Each exhibitor must complete the online Exhibit Reservation Process to exhibit within the 45 day window
  • If a Senior Exhibitor would like to move their location, they can chose to be contacted to move in Round 2
  • Booth payment is expected within 30 day of the online Exhibit Reservation. An invoice is emailed immediately upon completion of the Reservation
  • As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan

Round 2 – Senior Exhibitor Move
In Round 2 Senior Exhibitors from Round 1 will be given the opportunity to review any unsecured exhibit locations and move their exhibit.

  • After the 45 days in Round 1 have expired, any Exhibitor that selected to be notified to move their exhibit will be contacted on the basis of seniority (the number of continuous years a company exhibits at the CCSAD)
  • Round 1 Exhibitors will be given 10 days to review the open locations and request a new location
  • The online Exhibitor Map can be reviewed at any time to monitor open locations – See Exhibit Hall Map
  • As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan

Round 3 – New Patrons and Sponsor Exhibit Selection
In Round 3 New Patrons and Sponsors will be given the opportunity to select exhibit locations

  • C4/CCSAD staff will contact each company, based on Seniority, via e-mail to provide coordinate the assignment of booth space
  • New Patrons & Sponsors will be given 10 days to review the open locations and chose an exhibit space
  • The online Exhibitor Map can be reviewed at any time to monitor open locations – See Exhibit Hall Map
  • As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan

Round 4 – Waiting List Exhibit Selection
In Round 4 new exhibitors from the waiting list will be contacted to review any remaining exhibit locations and secure an exhibit for CCSAD.

  • C4/CCSAD staff will contact each company via e-mail to provide coordinate the assignment of booth space
  • Round 4 Exhibitors are contacted based on the date you were added to the Waiting List
  • The online Exhibitor Map can be reviewed at any time to monitor open locations – See Exhibit Hall Map
  • As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan
  • CCSAD provided a professional opportunity to connect with positive and ethical peers.

  • Wonderful turnout of participants and great opportunity for networking and securing new relationships. Thanks for another great year!

  • It was a pleasure to be a Platinum sponsor at such a well-respected event.

  • I have attended CCSAD for many years now and find it is fantastic every year. I always take something wonderful away and learn a great deal.

  • This symposium is by far the best around. I have attended many others and they were wonderful, but CCSAD is outstanding.

  • THANK YOU that CCSAD is the MOST multidisciplinary conference for Addiction Medicine professionals.

  • Thank you for continuing and expanding this program as well as making it an opportunity for a supportive break from a very busy and demanding profession.

  • The conference is always wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoy attending not just for the learning experience but also for the new friends I have met in past and present attendance.

  • I especially VALUE that CCSAD is the primary multidisciplinary conference for practicing clinicians and policy-makers, where integrative care management is so clearly shown to be in our patients' best interests.

  • This Symposium always gives me new insights and perspectives re: addiction and conditions for treatment strategies. I always learn something new and am always eager to pass it on.
