Meal functions
Sponsors may wish to underwrite the cost of Symposium food and/or beverages. Several options are listed and custom packages are always available. All functions occur in the exhibit hall unless they accompany a Plenary session. Pricing is based on the history of attendance. Attendance for 2007 was 787. We can also arrange for shared Sponsorship among complimentary organizations!!! Just ask!

Onsite Program Advertising Pricing
Advertising in the CCSAD Symposium Program is an excellent opportunity to maximize your exposure. The advertisement delivers your message to the more than 750 participants and others who receive the printed program. Your name will also be included as part of the preliminary program that will be posted on the CCSAD web site. (Deadline for Submission is July 1, 2008)

Onsite Banner Ads
Have your company ad, or logo and message prominently displayed in our exhibit hall and running 24/7 on the Sheraton in-room program channel. All hotel guests will have the opportunity to view your ad as it scrolls around the clock in their hotel rooms. A large rear projection screen is running daily in the exhibit hall with your logo along with Symposium announcements, eye-catching pictures and sponsorship highlights

Website Banner Ads
Maximize your marketing investment with website banner in rotation on our website, WWW.CCSAD.COM. Advertise to customers who are highly targeted in the addictions community. Ads will run until November 30, 2008.
Cost: $250
*Full Banner Ads must be 775x75 or smaller with a file size of under 35 KB Banner Squares must be 125x125 or smaller with a file size of under 20 KB jpg, jpeg, and gif, are all acceptable formats. Animated gif's are acceptable. No Flash (swf) files please. Ads will run from purchase date until Nov. 30th 2007.
Shuttle Service To the Overflow Hotels
Have a captured audience as the Shuttle runs the route from our three overflow hotels to the Sheraton and back, Thursday through Sunday! Run your own DVD/Video, provide pamphlets or marketing materials to riders.
