To get your certificate, just go to www.CmeCertificateOnline.com  do NOT substitute “certification” for “certificate” in this link or you won’t find what you need!)

IMPORTANT!

The online certificate site will only be available through November 12, 2010.  After that date, the site will be removed and certificates will no longer be available.  If you need a CE certificate, you must complete the evaluation and certificate process prior to that date, otherwise you will forfeit your credit for the course.

Scroll down to the Cape Cod listing and click on Cape Cod 23rd Annual Symposium.

On the site, will be asked to enter a password, (which is 23CC10), select the sessions you attended and evaluate various aspects of the program.  You may then print your certificate immediately (encouraged), anywhere you have internet access.  No more waiting for the mail!  A copy of the certificate will also be emailed to you in case you need to print additional copies (check your spam filter and junk email folder if you do not see it come through).  The emailed copy is simply a backup if you didn’t print it right away.

Your hours will be automatically calculated based on the workshops you attend.
